Who we are
This site is run by Websoufflé, the sole proprietorship of Kengy Van Hijfte, Canadezenstraat 83, 8380 Lissewege, Belgium, company number 0789.542.089. PageSquirrel is a product by Websoufflé. Send privacy questions to hello@websouffle.com.
What data we process
- Demo request: name, email address, company, website (optional), your interest and your message.
- Technical data: IP address and browser data, needed to run the site securely and limit form abuse.
Why
- To answer your demo request and prepare a proposal (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To protect the site and forms against spam and abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We work with processors that help us deliver the service: DigitalOcean (data centre in Amsterdam, the Netherlands) for hosting, Brevo for sending email, and OpenAI for the spam check of doubtful form submissions. OpenAI may process data outside the EU; for that we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Your browser also loads scripts from jsDelivr and, for the cookie banner, from TermsFeed. Those parties see your IP address when it does.
How long
We keep demo requests for up to 12 months after our last contact, or longer if we enter into an agreement together.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email us at hello@websouffle.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
Client sites on PageSquirrel
For websites that clients run on PageSquirrel, the client is the controller and Websoufflé acts as processor. We set this out in a data processing agreement with the client.
